In 2016, the client began a Unifier implementation and contracted with PMSC to serve as an expert advisor on the system design. After working with us for X months, they asked PMSC to take over to complete the implementation (design, configuration, data migration, test, train, deploy) and remain on as system administrators. Over the next 6 years, PMSC provided system administration support, completed a system upgrade, rolled out Unifier to other regions around the world, managed multiple design customization changes, and designed XX custom reports.

• The client recognized our expertise and entrusted the design, implementation, upgrades and management of Unifier and P6 to us for 6 years
• The client had a decentralized management structure, and users in different countries/regions/business areas had different needs, requirements, and preferences. As change requests were made, we successfully facilitated win-win design discussions, developed creative design solutions, and completed implementations that met both the subgroup preferences and global organization’s needs.
• Our quarterly service agreements were renewed for 6 years, due to the excellent service we provided; they only ended when the client outsourced all its IT to a single vendor.
